How you can make a difference The Sr Financial Analyst is responsible for creating the annual operating plan, leading monthly forecasts, and reporting on actuals and variances. This position will work closely with executive team members to understand, model, and communicate resources needs. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in the financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making processes within the finance department of our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, leaders, and key stakeholders to ensure the financial health and efficiency of projects and operations.

The Sr Financial Analyst typically reports to a Manager or Director of Financial Planning and Analysis.

This role typically performs in a remote work setting.

What you'll be doing Develops and maintains financial budget and forecasting models for assigned business units * Analyzes and interprets financial information, including Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and key financial and business metrics * Provides advisory support on assigned business units' strategic initiatives * Collaborate on FPandA related process improvements; provide input to improve efficiency and accuracy of reporting * Prepares fact-based presentations to key business leaders * Leads complex financial analysis projects * Support ad hoc reporting and analysis Mentors and advises Financial Analyst team members

What you will need to be successful * Bachelor'sdegree in finance, economics, or related area * 4+years of workexperience in a similar financial or analytical role Specialized Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: * Strong ability to breakdown and understand financial results, and effectively handle multiple deliverables in a dynamic environment * Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with FPandA partners and cross-functional teams * Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. The Ability to tell the financial story using charts, graphs, and other data visualization #LI-Remote This is a remote position.

Salary Range

$75500.00 To $116500.00  / year

The compensation range describes the typical minimum or maximum base pay range for this position. The actual compensation offer is determined based on job-related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location.
