Robert Half Operations Manager in Dripping Springs, Texas
We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented individual to work alongside our team. The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure successful project completion on time and on budget. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader and enjoy planning, problem-solving, and working for the event industry. We're looking for candidates who are eager to grow with us and enjoy collaborating with internal and external contacts. MUST have great leadership and communication skills.
Short and long-term planning
Check in and support Project managers
Coordinating and constant communication with different teams (manufacturing, operations, finances, and technology). Know all the teams and work closely with them to ensure everything is on track and things aren't getting lost through the cracks.
Birds eye view with ability to dive into the weeds and problem solve with the team.
Basic tech support
Identifying potential problems and opportunities for the company
Constructive and positive problem-solving
Managing vendor relationships
Ordering supplies and keeping things set
Contracts writing, drafting, editing, and reviewing contracts. Legal team does the true drafting, but this person will help coordinate with the lawyer and client to create an efficient communication (negotiation from the sales team and chris).
After they have the notes from negotiation, concerns and details are communicated to the legal team
Keeping up with compliance for government, contracts, etc. -- submitting reports, audits for insurance companies and banks, clients (1 per month or so)
Lightly manage all teams. Escalate problems to Chris.
Financial experience would be amazing! Accounting firm does bookkeeping and taxes. Communication with them to keep up with financial workflow for budgeting.
AR/AP invoicing done by other staff members.
But be aware of what's going on and oversee this.
4+ years of operations experience
Conflict management. problem solving and resolution
Experience with vendor and client management
