We are seeking a hands-on IT Operation Architect - Core Systems / Cloud who is skilled in troubleshooting complex technical issues. The successful candidate will assist in developing the Corporate IT Operations architecture strategy, deliver strategic solutions and provide last level support for the IT Operations team. Functioning as a senior member of the corporate IT Operations team, this role will report into the Sr Director - IT Operations & Digital Workplace.

In this role you will…

• Collaborate with cross functional stakeholder to understand requirements and use technical expertise to design effective solutions to solve challenging problems

• Educate and influenceO stakeholders and engineering team on effective cloud solutions and best practices

• Design and document technical specifications, configurations and customizations for SaaS, PaaS, IaaS solutions and systems integrations

• Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures and core system / cloud policies

• Understand IT application portfolio, IT and business priorities, and success measures to design implementation architectures and AWS solutions to support PaaS, DevOps & Advanced Application coding

• Own projects, solutions, and key responsibilities within a larger business initiative and communicates project status, activities, and achievements with internal stakeholders

• Perform as subject matter expert (SME) on Cloud (AWS, Azure, O365) and core systems /applications /processes / within the infrastructure

• Maintains the company’s adherence to technology requirements for security & privacy.

• Drive planning and execution of identity management roadmaps and technology enhancements.

• Identify opportunities to improve and streamline the overall infrastructure and its performance

You Have What It Takes If You Have…

• BS Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent

• 10+ years of experience combined with large-scale projects in cloud technology, infrastructure architecture, compute and networking architecture, edge connectivity, and IT operations automation

• Demonstrate experience with the security features of the Microsoft 365 platform, such as hybrid identity solution, endpoint protection and information protection

• At least 2 years' experience supporting M365 suite of applications and knowledge of domain and mail routing

• Demonstrated experience with endpoint management via modern MDM platforms such as Intune

• Demonstrated understanding of the Zero Trust principles in general and how they apply to the M365 platform

• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure solutions (i.e. Windows and Linux IaaS, SAP, BCDR, Security, Management, Storage, Networking, OSS, containers and Infra as a code technologies)

• Knowledge of one or more of the following programming languages: C++, C#, Java, Node.js, JSON, PHP, Perl, Python, Ruby on Rails, Pig/Hive highly desirable
