Aston Carter Administrative Assistant in Dublin, Ohio

Description:

Reviews all material invoices received from the suppliers against what is in SAP. If everything matches, send for processing for payment. Follows up until this is obtained and processes for payment. All documents must be scanned and saved to internal drives for auditing purposes.

Responsible for reviewing and processing all freight, warehouse, and Import invoices.

Responsible for reviewing and saving some external documents to the internal drives.

Completes the mass price increases in SAP in a timely fashion as directed by the Product Managers.

Trouble shooting of office machines when issues arise.

Handles mail distribution within and outside of the Dublin office.

Responsible for all receipts and shipments of parcel shipments in the office.

Orders supplies for the office in the most efficient and economical way possible.

Makes travel and meeting arrangements, as needed.

Receives visitors and directs them to the appropriate place.

Supports staff in assigned project based work.

Supports preparation of Trade Shows and other business events.

Other duties as assigned

Skills:

Administrative support, data entry, administrative assistance, microsoft excel, microsoft outlook

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

1 - 3 years of Administrative Assistant experience

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook

Strong Data Entry skills
