About the role As a Marketing Specialist, you'll be a key member of the Growth Marketing team and play an essential role in the development of key marketing tools and programs that help drive B2B growth for Quantum Health, the country's leading healthcare navigation platform. We're looking for a curious, adaptable team player who will be responsible for marketing program and sales enablement support throughout a program's lifecycle, beginning with project planning and extending to measurement after go-to-market launch. You'll collaborate cross-functionally, helping fuel revenue and membership growth. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a strong commitment to quality, and share the "can do" energy of a dynamic team of marketers helping drive revenue growth and retention for an award-winning national healthcare brand. What you'll do Support B2B marketing programs across a range of demand generation, product marketing, and sales enablement activities through oversight of tactical planning, organization and task execution. Aid in the development of marketing briefs for creative teams and business stakeholders. Assist project management, tracking deliverables (e.g. slide decks, videos, collateral, emails, case studies, webinars and events) and updating task status. Help draft content strategy, sales materials and program documentation, monitor quality assurance during rounds of revisions and ideate on future program initiatives. Participate in discussions and regular collaboration with multiple stakeholders including sales, client executives, business intelligence, clients, outside partners and marketing colleagues. Help build out measurement tools, collect data on program effectiveness and monitor progress. Be a resource to business partners during collaborative projects, assisting with collection and organization of incoming inquiries and requests. All other duties as assigned. What you'll bring Education: Bachelor's Degree from four-year college or university with preferred area of study in marketing, communications, public health, journalism or related discipline, or equivalent experience. 2+ years marketing experience. Outstanding organizational and communication skills (verbal and written). Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders. Understanding and experienced with content project development. Positive, energetic, proactive and collaborative thinker, doer and team player. Ability to balance planning and organization with the need to deliver on a tight deadline. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly evolving organization. Ability to travel occasionally to attend and support conferences and events. Preferred Skills and Experience Healthcare services industry experience strongly preferred. Working knowledge of Salesforce, HubSpot, Seismic, Workzone or similar marketing Martech and project management tools is preferred. Experience in healthcare or related vertical a plus.
