ManpowerGroup Project Manager in Dublin, Ohio

Our client, in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team.

Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Lavergne, TN (open to candidates anywhere in the TN area)

Pay Range: $50-55/hr on W2

What’s the Job?

  • Project Leadership: Demonstrate a strong background in project management, showcasing proficiency in utilizing tools such as MS Project and Project Online/Server to effectively manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.

  • Financial Acumen: Exhibit a keen understanding of financial management, with the ability to manage project budgets ranging from $500K to $5M, ensuring resource allocation aligns with project priorities.

  • Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage and engage stakeholders at all levels, crafting comprehensive communication plans and maintaining transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Risk and Issue Management: Display adeptness in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks and issues, ensuring a proactive approach to maintaining project timelines and deliverables.

  • Collaborative Approach: Work collaboratively within a matrixed organizational structure, coordinating efforts across teams and projects to achieve common goals.

  • Mentorship and Coaching: Offer guidance and mentorship to junior-level project management team members, fostering a collaborative learning environment.

What’s Needed?

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, demonstrating successful project oversight and management of complex initiatives.

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with familiarity in MS Project and Project Online/Server strongly preferred.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication style to different audiences, utilizing effective engagement models.

  • Adaptability: Display the capacity to remain composed and adaptable in high-pressure situations, while maintaining a transparent and controlled approach.

  • Business Acumen: Showcase partnership-building skills by collaborating with cross-functional teams, fostering relationships beyond task management.

  • Influential Communication: Exhibit the ability to deliver challenging messages, influence decisions, and present recommendations using the SBAR (Situation, Background, Analysis, Recommendation) framework.

  • Leadership: Display managerial courage and confidence, tempered with self-awareness, effectively leading project teams and aligning efforts with strategic business objectives.PMP certifications preferred
