Robert Half, a pioneering force in professional staffing services, is hiring for a Service Parts Supply Management Planner at John Deere Dubuque.

This role involves efficient liaising with various departments via email and phone to meet performance metrics such as FILL, On-Time Delivery, FLASH & Backorder Cycle Time, and Delinquencies/Past Due orders.

Start time will be between 6am and 8am, working full-time Monday to Friday, no overtime at this time.

Supply Management Responsibilities:

• Orchestrating the timely delivery of purchased materials to bolster production plans, suggesting alternatives when necessary.

• Conducting Supplier non-conformance processes and accelerating corrective measures.

• Collaborating with the Supply Management Specialist to nurture relationships with assigned suppliers, enhancing supplier performance.

• Potentially negotiate agreements with suppliers.

• Implementing inventory strategies to realize material flow objectives.

• Championing continuous improvements in terms of supplier performances using the "Achieving Excellence" process and criteria.

• Mitigating shipping and receiving issues to enable prompt and accurate supplier payments.

  Requirements

Experience Requirements:

• Proficiency in Excel

• Stellar written and verbal communication skills

• A keen eye for detail

• Proficient multi-tasking abilities

• Familiarity with materials planning or buying.

• SAP experience alongside Excel proficiency would make you stand out!
