ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SUPERVISOR - Well-Known Service-Based Company in Duluth

My client, a service-based construction company in Duluth, is searching for an Accounts Payable Supervisor to join their team for an immediate, direct-hire opportunity. The Accounts Payable Supervisor will be responsible for receiving, processing, and reconciling invoices, maintaining vendor accounts, and data entry of accounts payable related data. What You Get To Do Every Day:

• Accurately review, code, and process vendor invoices.

• Maintain assigned vendor account while staying in compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.

• Perform data entry associated with accounts payable.

• Charge expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoices and expense reports and recording entries.

• Resolve purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies.

• Ensure credit is received for outstanding memos and issues purchase order amendments.

• Receive and verify expense reports and issue reimbursements to employees.

  Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or other business related field of study preferred

• Experience with Microsoft Office (intermediate Excel) required

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience preferred
