EFI Global Project Coordinator - Administrative Support Team in Duluth, Georgia

Seeking an entry-level Project Coordinator to support various projects and assignments supporting EFI Global’s Atlanta teams – Environmental, Engineering, and Fire Investigations.

This hybrid position is full-time, must reside in the greater Atlanta area and be able to commute to the Duluth office 3-4 days weekly. Initial training will be onsite.

Must be available to work an 8-hour shift between 7:00AM to 6:00 PM EST.

PRIMARY PURPOSE : To coordinate project scheduling and administrative tasks.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Gathers project data.

  • Coordinates project scheduling.

  • Communicates project progression to appropriate parties.

  • Documents project actions and results.

  • Track project due dates.

  • Enters applicable information into a data system.

  • Prepares project and/or presentation materials.

  • Coordinates tradeshows.

  • Works with vendors.

  • Produces correspondence, reports, and other documentation as required.

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Supports the organization's quality program(s).

  • Self-direct tasks and time management to meet business demands.

  • Gather project data and coordinate project scheduling.

  • Communicate project progression to appropriate parties.

  • Document project actions and results and track project due dates.

  • Enter applicable information into a data system.

  • Assists with report formatting, finalization, and delivery to clients.

  • Prepare project invoices, obtain PM approval, finalize and send to client using Deltek Vision.

  • Coordinates subconsultant and subcontractor contracts, invoices, insurance requirements, vendor agreements

QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Licensing

High school diploma or GED required.

Experience

  • Two (2) years administrative office experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

  • Requires Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel.

  • Kolfax or Adode PDF Editor experience is a plus.

  • Requires software/database experience for project management tasks, such as AR, Project Set-Up, Invoicing, CRM. Knowledge of Deltek Vision is a plus!

  • Preferred experience proofreading technical reports for grammar, spelling and formatting.

  • Residential and/or commercial property insurance is a plus!

  • Accounts Receivable, Billing and/or Collections experience is a plus!

Skills & Knowledge

  • Knowledge of web technology

  • Excellent oral and written communication

  • PC literate, including Microsoft Office products

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a team environment
