Job Description:

As a team member, will provide personal care services to the residents and provide related tasks in accordance with a plan of care as assigned and supervised by a Registered Nurse. Responsible to care for the resident’s personal hygiene, promote a safe, healthy environment and to support the mission and goals of the Benedictine Sisters Benevolent Association. Work Experience: 1 year Home Health Aide and/or Nursing Assistant Registered experience required unless recently certified. Work Experience:East Market:1 year Home Health Aide and/or Nursing Assistant Registered experience required unless recently certified. West Market:Previous hospital, nursing home or home health experience.

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

Completion of 120 hours of Nursing Assistant training and competency evaluation program that meets federal guidelines or currently on the Wisconsin State Registry with the ability to obtain Minnesota State Registry.

Superior and Duluth Teams: Current certification in both Wisconsin and Minnesota

  • Current and in good standing on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant registry.

Formal training and certificate as a Home Health Aide.

Job Location: Benet Hall

Shift Rotation: Day/Eve/Night Rotation (United States of America)

Shift Start/End: varies/varies

Hours Per Pay Period:

Compensation Range: $16.39 - $21.15 / hour

Union: SMMC Main Service Workers Local 70 (SMSVW)

FTE: 0

Weekends: per casual guidelines
