Job SummaryThe IT ERP Sr. Product & Program Manager is responsible for leading the Cirrus company-wide ERP business transformation. This includes leading the Discovery Project to gather requirements across all capability areas and lead us through a vendor selection and demo process, define business outcomes, recommend implementation approach, high level business capability mapping to tool capability model, Systems Integrator selection process and recommend scope/schedule/budget for a 2025 implementation program across the entire Cirrus company. This role will lead the largest business transformation program as it will touch every team, system and process. This includes leading the ERP cross-functional implementation team and Product team focused on enabling a “connected ecosystem” to scale the business appropriately for the future using industry best practices. They will guide solution design that aligns with the Cirrus Growth Choices and the IT strategic roadmap, delivering value to business stakeholders. The Sr. Product & Program Manager owns the ERP implementation program, product deployment and life cycle, managing the resource allocation across all business capabilities, backlog prioritization, and closely partnering with business stakeholders providing insight, feedback, and strategic recommendations regarding product performance, quality, and utilization capability. Drives servant leadership to an agile team by educating and coaching team members and stakeholders to maximize efficiencies, delivering incremental customer value, and embracing continuous improvement. This position will be part of the Information Technology team providing direct influence and process guidance across all business capabilities.

Duties and Responsibilities/Essential Functions• Lead the largest business transformation program across all of Cirrus Aircraft.• Lead cross functional teams including internal resources and third parties/vendors to plan and deploy a modern ERP system, it’s integrations and any related ISVs.• Leadership will impact overall company performance through strategic decisions and resource allocation to transform underlying and foundational systems and processes.• Utilizes deep understanding of the business stakeholder’s needs to guide the ERP Implementation Program.• Partners with business stakeholders to challenge and optimize processes and address customer needs.• Oversees the ERP program and adjacent products throughout the entire business transformation life cycle.• Provide hands-on expertise and management to ensure program success.• Drives ERP business transformation and strategy across Executive Sponsors, Steering Team, Business Stakeholders and Technical team members collaborating to understand problems, identify process improvements, prioritize needs and deliver on desired outcomes.• Champions the business transformation, product roadmap and advocates for the business requirements and needs.• Drives prioritized capability processes through the implementation plan aligned with technology and product roadmaps.• Manages test scenarios and user acceptance criteria to identify areas to address prior to going live.• Manages the ongoing health and performance of the three+ year ERP Implementation program and product.• Tracks and reports program status, risks, mitigation plan, milestones, budget, schedule and product performance.• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to understand integration and resources across dependent products.• Performs marketplaces research, metrics, and analytics to evaluate program and product performance.• Lead, coach, and develop a team of diverse IT and business stakeholders while building cross-functional partnerships across the business.• Identify and manage risks, mitigate impediments and negotiate dependencies with and across teams to ensure Cirrus business objectives are achieved.• Ability to travel to other Cirrus locations to build relationships, understand business processes, foster collaboration for each implementation phase and set expectations on post-implementation performance.• Must be present in Duluth for Steering Team meetings, workshops, design/build working sessions, major milestone activities and other engagements with critical stakeholders.

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study or equivalent work experience• 10+ years Information Technology, program management, or relevant technical experience• 5+ years ERP leadership experience• 10+ years’ work experience leading a team. • PMP and Agile/Scrum certifications preferred• Must have demonstrated experience in managing large multi-year programs.• Must be able to challenge, influence and champion strategy across Executive Sponsors, Steering Team, Business Stakeholders and Team members.• Proven experience to influence stakeholders at various levels without direct authority.• Demonstrated knowledge of the software development life cycle • Embrace a Servant Leadership mentality.• Ability to demonstrate sound judgement, encourage collaboration and communicate effectively (written and verbal) across multiple levels in the organization.• Ability to effectively manage competing work demands and multiple initiatives at the same time.• Preference for experience deploying complex, enterprise systems.• Preference for work experience in both Manufacturing and Service Delivery environments.
