In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the integration of newly acquired utility organizations into the existing enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. This role involves migrating new utilities from their current work management systems, developing business requirements, and collaborating closely with business and technical teams on functional design, testing, and user training. What You Will Do: Process development, training material deployment, and providing support during critical project phases such as cut-over and go-live. Assist in migrating utilities from their current work management systems to the new ERP environment. Work closely with the utilities and business applications teams to generate Business requirements. Participate in workshops to design new business processes that leverage ERP capabilities. Develop systems processes that align with business goals and ensure data integrity across platforms. Assist with the development of test plans and writing of detailed test cases for both system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT). Coordinate and assist with the execution of test cases, ensuring compliance with specified requirements. Support the creation of comprehensive training materials that reflect new ERP functionalities and processes. Participate in training sessions and workshops for end-users to facilitate effective system adoption. Who You Are: Related university degree and six years' experience of directly related experience or equivalent mix of formal education and experience may be considered. Demonstrated ability to be innovative, initiate, lead or manage change. Can work independently on complex technical issues. Effective interpersonal, communication skills which includes awareness of and aptitude for building stakeholder engagement. Working knowledge of Enbridge ERP systems, specifically around Maximo and work management is an asset. Working Conditions: Office based role Up to 30% travel, mostly during certain phases of the project (ie. testing and training).
