Immediate opening for Director of Nursing. Qualifications: Education: Degree from an accredited school of nursing Must be a Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing and currently licensed by the State Must have no less than 2 years nursing experience, and at least 1 year in related management/supervisory role Experience in providing services and supports to individuals with developmental disabilities, or related disorders preferred CPR certification Valid drivers license, with a satisfactory driving record, as defined by ResCares vehicle policy Must meet all agency requirements for pre- employment as required by ResCare and/or State regulations Must have the ability to use a computer utilizing company documentation systems Ability to communicate (verbally and written) with all levels of personnel, internal and external to the company Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team Capable of working responsibly with highly confidential information Must maintain state regulatory certifications, as required by state/program requirements Maintains certification an any/all state-required clinical certifications (e.g., Medication Delegation instructor)
