We are excited to share a new job opportunity with our client, in Dunmore, PA for the position of Manufacturing Production Associate. The details are below:

Job Status: Full Time

Shifts: 1st 8am-4:30pm Mon-Fri $15.00

2 nd 4:30-12am Mon-Fri $15.50

3 rd 12am-8a Sun-Thu $17.50

POSITION SUMMARY

Perform all functions of inspecting, packaging and preparing product to ship according to customer specifications. Ensure the quality of the products by enforcing SQF (food safety), GMP (general manufacturing practices), Quality policy, safety and sanitation regulations.

Essential Functions

• Comply and enforce all company and department specific quality, safety, SQF and GMP policies and procedures.

• Inspect product for quality and foreign objects according to company standards, policy and procedure.

• Ensure accurate weight and measurement of product being manufactured according to standard.

• Inspect and attend to metal detector and scale to assure operation accuracy.

• Package and safely palletize product according to standard by ensuring quality product, weight accuracy, appropriate labeling and accurate product content information.

• Prepare packaging supplies by securing accurate labels, appropriate individual inspection number and lot code, installing plastic bags and stocking packaging to meet production demands.

• Removal of completed pallet of product and obtaining set up of necessary packaging supplies.

• Perform material handling responsibilities as required.

• Assist with change overs and set up.

• Performs other assignments as directed.

Must have sneakers that can be used solely for the purpose of your assignment.

CLEAN ROOM: No makeup, lashes, earrings/nose/tongue etc..., chains, watches, rings, perfume/cologne, scented lotions, shorts, hats, hooded sweatshirts or sweaters, clothes with holes, fake nails acrylic, gel, dip, polish etc...

Education:

High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required

Experience: Entry level

Other Requirements: Ability to read, write, interpret, and record documents such as safety, BOM, SQF and GMP rules, and procedure manuals. Ability to use scales and have general math skills in percentages, fractions, and decimals.
