Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma Senior Manager Revenue Audit in Durant, Oklahoma
Annual Pay: $108,000.00 - $128,000.00| On-site for the first 90 days, then Hybrid 60% On-site / 40% Remote | Monday-Friday| 8:00 AM - 4:30PM
Job Purpose or Objective(s): Manage activities of the Revenue Audit and Drop/Soft Count operations for all casino locations to ensure compliance with regulations and procedures. You will report to the Revenue Audit Director.
Primary Tasks:
You will implement and approve internal controls and departmental procedures.
Ensure operational consistency amongst properties which includes consistency amongst internal controls, procedures, and customer service.
Maintain compliance of Casino Internal Control Procedures as they pertain to responsibilities.
Monitor leadership staff of the assigned departments to ensure that the provide the level of service both internal and external as stipulated and will ensure that the necessary action to correct and noted deficiencies are taken promptly.
You will ensure all communications, policies, and expectations are communicated and implemented flawlessly.
Enhance communication between management and staff at each property and between each property.
Audit/inspect work of team members to ensure standards are met.
You will develop schedules and complete performance plans for all supervised associates.
Perform other tasks as may be assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, Project Management, Organizational Management, or related field or 4 years related experience.
Experience with multiple computer software programs and fluency in using standard office software packages.
Knowledge of financial and accounting practices with a background and knowledge of both operations (Cage/Vault/Drop) and finance (Cage/Accounting)
Strategy-based thinker with the ability to improve processes.
Hospitality/Casino experience.
Eight (8) years of Financial Management experience
