IQVIA Project Management Analyst in Durham, North Carolina

Job Overview:

Assists Project Managers in maintaining and validating the project scope, plans and schedules for projects; adheres to established metrics for project success; applies standards (e.g. delivery process, roles and responsibilities, operational norms, compliance)

Essential Functions:

  • Support to eCOA Project Manager with day-to-day activities as assigned

  • Take initiative to understand the project design, customer, and other team expectations.

  • Communicate effectively and timely with both internal and external customers and collaborate with the eCOA Project Manager to determine solutions/next steps

  • Assists in managing project delivery process, scope, and costs projects, helps drives completion of the project.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with both internal and external clients.

  • Responsible for filing documentation, status report updates, meeting minutes, tracking of translations, development of study/patient manuals and other tasks that are identified by the eCOA Project Manager and/or eCOA Technologies Management.

  • Keep Project Managers and other relevant staff informed of the project status, requests, etc.

  • Supports in monitoring identified risks to program success and informs applicable stakeholders.

  • May be responsible for coordinating and leading meetings

  • Support audits, as required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, or equivalent experience Req

  • Eighteen (18) months of experience in a systems development environment Req

  • Good technical and commercial awareness

  • Good communication skills

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $62,300.00 - $103,800.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
