**[Education[: A masters degree in a human services field is required and must be licensed in North Carolina as a: Licensed Psychological Associate, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW or LCSW-A), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC/LCMH-A) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

**[Work experience[: At least one year experience working with adults with serious mental illness is required. Three to five years' experience working in the behavioral health field is preferred.
