Acadia Healthcare Utility Dishwasher/Cook in Durham, North Carolina

Description

Structure House is a residentially-based program in Durham, NC for adult men and women that specializes in health behavior change, healthy weight management, and eating concerns involving compulsive overeating, emotional eating, and binge eating. We are seeking a Utility Dishwasher/Prep Cook.

The Utility Dishwasher/Prep Cook may perform a number of kitchen activities including: washing and sanitizing pots, dishes, utensils and carts; operating dish washing machine; general cleaning duties while maintaining kitchen sanitation; stocking and storing of non-food supplies. Maintain a clean and sanitized employee breakroom that includes restroom, refrigerator, microwave, tables and chairs. Also, responsible for outside garbage container and cardboard container, and the area surrounding both containers require attention.

Contact with chemical salesperson for training on an as needed basis. Contact with vendors for receiving supplies on a daily basis. Contact with other departments for deliveries occasionally.
