Job Title: Bilingual HR GeneralistJob Description
As a Bilingual HR Generalist, your primary focus will be on recruiting and training non-English speaking staff, followed by managing employee relations. You will be responsible for reviewing, tracking, and documenting compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments. Additionally, you will recruit, interview, and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions, collaborating with departmental managers to understand required skills and competencies.
Responsibilities
Perform all training for non-English speaking staff.
Review, track, and document compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments.
Recruit, interview, and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions.
Collaborate with departmental managers to understand the skills and competencies required for openings.
Conduct or acquire background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
Implement new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
Administer and execute human resource programs including compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
Attend and participate in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
Essential Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 3 years of human resource management experience.
Fluent in Spanish.
Experience in recruiting and training development.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Strong recruiting background .
Experience with manufacturing employees.
Employee relations and training development experience.
Work Environment
Work hours are from 8am to 5pm. The work environment offers a great team culture with a strong emphasis on career growth and long-term retention. This role provides an opportunity to work with various product lines, especially as the company ramps up for the summer season.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $75000.00
