The Client Relations Manager is a key role for individuals who enjoy diving deep into market trends and delivering impactful insights. You will play a crucial role in conducting market research, analyzing data, and providing our clients with the insights they need to make informed decisions. Your ability to understand and address client needs will help our team foster long-term partnerships and drive success. About the Role In this opportunity as a Client Relations Manager, your key responsibilities will be: Research and Analysis Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on various topics relevant to client needs Utilize qualitative and quantitative research methods to interpret data Prepare detailed and insightful reports, presentations, and executive summaries Client Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients-ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their objectives and providing tailored solutions Communicate regularly with clients to update them on research progress, findings, and any relevant industry trends. Collaboration and Continuous Improvement Work closely with internal teams to align research efforts with client goals Collaborate with other analysts and team members to share insights and best practices Participate in client meetings, presentations, and strategy sessions Stay current with industry trends, market developments, and emerging research methodologies About You You're a fit for the role of Client Relations Manager if your background includes: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Market Research, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. 3+ years of experience as a Research Analyst or in a similar role, with a focus on client relationship management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Proficiency in research tools, software, and databases. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. #LI-JK3 What's in it For You?
