As MISO’s C# Software Engineer , you will:

• Write code that focuses on quality (high impact, low risk)

• Work with our internal users – enhance and develop applications and services to help them make good decisions when running the bulk electric system

• See your changes being implemented from inception to production

• Develop applications that integrate with other systems

• Be part of an on-call rotation team

• Empower yourself to use your skills to your fullest potential!

We’re looking for a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field, and the following experience:

• C# / .NET

• JS/TS, HTML, CSS, Angular

• Oracle database knowledge desirable, or other RDBMS

• Containers: Docker and Kubernetes

• Kafka or similar messaging/event frameworks

• Test Driven Development / Behavioral Driven Development

• At least 5 years of related software engineering experience

Appropriate level will be determined based upon experience and knowledge.
