"Job#: 2056790 Job Description: Device Hub SpecialistFully Onsite in Eagan, MN - Monday - Friday$18-20/hourContract - open ended/long termRole Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Device Hub Specialist to join our team. This role involves a mix of shipping and receiving, asset management, and some technical aspects. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a warehouse environment, handling physical tasks, and performing quality assurance processes.Key Responsibilities:Shipping and Receiving:Manage the unboxing, stocking, and organization of inventory on warehouse shelves. Handle shipping and receiving tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.Asset Management:Track and manage assets, including serial numbers and barcode scanning. Change the status of assets as needed.Communication:Maintain good communication using Outlook or Teams. Work independently and stay busy throughout the day.Client Services:Occasionally assist with client services, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.Qualifications:Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.Basic technical skills with a willingness to learn more advanced skills over time.Experience with asset management and barcode scanning is a plus.Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others.Attention to detail and a sense of urgency in completing tasks.Ability to follow knowledge bases (KBs) and suggest improvements.If you are a motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a desire to grow your technical skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.EEO EmployerApex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
