Job Details Job Location 01 Eagan - Eagan, MN Position Type Full Time Salary Range $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 Salary Job Shift Day Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales and Financial Analyst to support our sales, financial, invoicing, and billing functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in numbers and Excel, with a keen eye for detail and a knack for analyzing data. This role involves a mix of managerial accounting, trend analysis, and financial reporting, providing valuable insights for internal decision-makers. Analyze monthly volume and sales numbers by branch, identifying trends and opportunities. Conduct margin analysis and provide recommendations to improve profitability. Perform trend analysis to forecast future financial performance. Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis. Prepare and analyze financial statements for internal reporting. Communicate findings and insights to managers to aid in decision-making processes. Support various departments with ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting needs. Qualifications Our top candidate is: A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related experience in the field. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial modeling and data analysis tools. Understanding of accounting principles and practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing financial data. Effective communication skills to present findings and insights clearly. Bonus: Experience with managerial accounting. Knowledge of financial software and ERP systems. Familiarity with sales and invoicing processes.
