Job Details Level Management Job Location 01 Eagan - Eagan, MN Position Type Full Time Salary Range $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 Salary Description Northwest Respiratory Services seeks a Fleet Manager oversees all aspects of vehicle fleet management, maintenance, personnel coordination, and customer service. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and compliance skills to purchase vehicles, schedule maintenance, optimize routes, manage drivers, and ensure exceptional service delivery. Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm Salary: $50,000-$60,000 salary Benefits for working at NRS: Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Employer Paid Life Insurance Matched 401k Eligibility on Day One of Employment FSA Account (Medical and/or Dependent) Pet Insurance Short Term and Long Term Disability Accident, Hospital Indemnity, and Critical Illness Insurance A Day in the Life: Oversee all aspects of company fleet includes: Determining optimum vehicle replacement schedule Purchase vehicles to expand and enhance the fleet. Utilize fleet data to optimize fleet performance Manage vehicle licensure and registration Personnel Management: Coordinate with Operations Supervisors to train new Service Technicians, including pre-trip checklist training and DOT requirements. Assist in training new Drivers. Develop methods to decrease costs and improve efficiency in transportation operations Have an understanding of all DOT requirements. Provide regular reports to management on budgeting, maintenance, and fleet progress. Qualifications Our top candidate is: 6-7 Years experience of fleet management Active CDL with Hazmat and Tanker Endorsements Acceptable criminal background check and motor vehicle record check Pass a mandated drug test and DOT Physical We look forward to seeing your application and the opportunity to speak with you further!
