White House Custom Color (WHCC), a leader in professional printing services, is seeking an experienced, knowledgeable Human Resources (HR) Manager to oversee the execution of HR programs, initiatives, and services that align with the company’s mission and objectives. You’ll lead talent acquisition strategies, foster inclusivity, manage benefits, ensure compliance, and implement impactful HR programs. Responsibilities:

  • Execute the vision set by senior leadership regarding organizational development, change management, employee relations, and talent strategies.

  • Lead and manage the HR team, ensuring operational efficiency and alignment with company goals.

  • Foster a culture of inclusivity, strong work ethic, employee engagement, and continuous improvement.

  • Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes, particularly during peak seasons, to attract and integrate top talent seamlessly.

  • Collaborate with department heads to assess workforce needs, forecast staffing requirements, and develop strategies for talent acquisition and retention.

  • Maintain competitive compensation and benefits structures to attract and retain high-performing employees.

  • Act as a resource for employee relations, addressing grievances and resolving conflicts effectively.

  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance satisfaction, performance, and retention.

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

  • Regularly review and update HR policies and procedures to reduce legal risks and maintain compliance.

  • Manage HR documentation and ensure proper recordkeeping practices.

  • Develop and maintain equitable compensation structures aligned with industry standards.

  • Oversee benefits administration, ensuring competitiveness, cost-effectiveness, and employee understanding.

  • Execute payroll activities with accuracy and effectiveness.

  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with attention to detail.

    Minimum General Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (HR certification like SHRM-SCP or SPHR preferred).

  • 8–10 years of HR experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.

  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and compliance for onsite and remote employees.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (advanced Excel skills) and HR software, including HRIS and performance management tools.

  • Familiarity with payroll regulations, OT laws, and federal, state, and local tax knowledge.

  • Proven success in employee engagement, talent development, and organizational change.

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

    Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

  • Must be able to lift 20 pounds at times.
