About the Role We're seeking a highly skilled and organized Manager, Change Management to support our Tax & Accounting business's transformation efforts. As a Manager, Change Management, you'll play a crucial role in driving business value by leading change management initiatives, facilitating stakeholder engagement, and ensuring seamless transitions. Job Responsibilities: Develop and execute on comprehensive change management plans to support strategic initiatives Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication to ensure awareness and buy-in of change initiatives Assess and mitigate risks associated with change initiatives Design and deliver training programs to support employee adoption of new processes and systems Partner with business leaders to develop and implement change management strategies Track and measure the success of change initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and/or being able to show success of adoption Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment of change management activities with project goals Develop and maintain change management governance and standards Critical Competencies for Success: Strong change management skills, including experience with change management frameworks and methodologies Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to build trust and credibility with leaders and team members Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and mitigate risks Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines Experience with adult learning theory and training design principles Basic knowledge of project management principles and practices Ability to think strategically and tactically Flexibility in adjusting to new, different, and rapidly changing business requirements Ability to conduct external research and offer external perspectives About You Bachelor's Degree required, 4+ years of experience in change management, project management, or organizational development roles Ability to understand business needs and requirements Basic experience with change management frameworks and methodologies, such as ADKAR or Prosci Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with leaders and team members Certification in change management, such as Prosci or APMG Strong facilitation skills, including workshop facilitation and team interaction Ability to quickly understand intended outcomes and assist in crafting project plans Experience with MS Planner and MS Teams for virtual collaboration #LI-DM1 What's in it For You?
