Thomson Reuters Holdings Inc. Manufacturing Production Coordinator - 1st shift in Eagan, Minnesota

We are hiring a Manufacturing Production Coordinator with Engineering and Maintenance operations planning focus for our printing plant team in Eagan, Minnesota. In this role, you will coordinate and collaborate with Engineering and Manufacturing partners to deliver service, project and preventative maintenance plans and actions that support and prioritize equipment uptime, productivity, and continuous improvement objectives. Executing your role will require a daily blend of time in both office and manufacturing environments. Scheduled hours of work are 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., M-F, with very infrequent overtime up to 2 hours per day and occasional weekend shifts based on a planned, rotating, annual schedule. Eligibility requirements for internal candidates: Must have held current position in CPS for 12 months, meet the qualifications for the position, and are not currently on a Performance Improvement Plan Hours of Work - Eagan, Minnesota 1st shift - 6:30 am - 2:00 pm Occasional overtime up to 2 hours per day and occasional weekend shifts About the Role: Collaborate and coordinate with peers, Engineering staff, area leaders and vendors on daily and scheduled service and projects, prioritizing to maximize effective use of time and material. Provides primary Maintenance, Repair and Operations parts and vendor sourcing and requisition support on behalf of Engineering and Manufacturing team members, and collaborates with Purchasing partners to focus on quality, delivery, prudent use of company resources to ensure the proposed requisition and vendor aligns to TR purchasing policies. Tracks, communicates, and updates ETA status of emergency service parts and materials to requestors, Engineering leaders and leaders of impacted areas. Utilizes the CMMS and Plant Maintenance modules of SAP to develop, maintain and administer maintenance plans and associated SAP schedules for preventative maintenance of production equipment and related assets. Provide processes and reporting for Recycling operations. Ensure timely and correct processing of new part entry into SAP MRO inventory, processing for external part refurbishment work orders and technical confirmation and status reporting of SAP work orders. Leads or participates on project teams for safety, quality and productivity issues, lean processes, and continuous improvement opportunities in Engineering and throughout Manufacturing operations. Supports supervisor's administrative tasks and supplements various tasks as requested. Self-directed to prioritize and complete multiple tasks with minimal management oversight. Provides occasional backup supervision in absence of the supervisor. About You: Strong oral and written communication Strong computer skills, including competency in use of MS Office suite (primarily Outlook, Excel, Word) Computerized Maintenance Management System /Maintenance Planner experience strongly preferred. SAP user experience, with SAP Plant Maintenance, MRO Inventory and Plant Work Order modules experience a strong plus. Some experience in project development and management Some experience in developing and delivering task training.
