Reyes Holdings Project Manager - Capital Programs in Eagan, Minnesota

Position Responsibilities: 

  • P rovides leadership to the capital management construction, design, and maintenance of all assigned company facilities developing annual capital and R&M budgets

  • Conduct in-person facility assessments to observe site conditions, ensuring routine maintenance on building systems, and evaluating adherence to safety standards

  • Devise a capital improvement plan for the calendar year monitoring project operations on an ongoing basis to ensure project milestones and budget are met, recommen ding cost-saving solutions to ensure efficient use of capital

  • The Project Manager develops scopes of work while evaluating vendor proposals to coordinate project complet ion and turnover with vendors and operations

  • Coordinate company’s environment, health, and safety programs while auditing processes for compliance with procedures and improvements

  • Ability and willingness to travel as required (up to 50%)

  • Other duties as assigned

    Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 4 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma /General Education Degree and 7 plus years of specific experience

    Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Master’s Degree
