Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire Scrum process for development team(s), ensuring adherence to Agile principles and effective delivery of projects.

• Maintain Scrum artifacts such as product backlogs, sprint backlogs, and burndown charts, ensuring transparency

• Oversee projects from assignment to implementation, coordinating with cross-functional teams.

• Support change management efforts by guiding the team through transitions and addressing resistance.

• Identify areas for process improvement and implement actionable strategies to enhance team efficiency.

Required:

• Scrum Certification to validate expertise in Agile frameworks and methodologies.

• Skills include communication, leadership, organization, time management, budget management, risk management, problem-solving, adaptability, and teamwork.

• Minimum of 3-5 years as a Scrum Master in software development, with proven success in delivering complex projects.

• A degree from an accredited College/University in the applicable field is preferred. (Without a degree, an additional 4 years of relevant experience is required.)
