About the Role We are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Digital Growth to join our team and lead our efforts in accelerating digital transactions through strategic experimentation and optimization. This role will focus on developing and implementing growth strategies, managing stakeholders, setting direction, and building optimization roadmaps. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with various teams across Marketing, Digital, Data & Analytics, Customer to Cash, and Commercial Engineering to ensure seamless execution of growth initiatives and optimal user experiences. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive digital growth strategies focused on increasing digital acquisition and retention. Set direction and build optimization roadmaps to enhance digital performance. Lead stakeholder management across multiple disciplines, ensuring alignment and collaboration. Define and oversee A/B tests in collaboration with Marketing and Performance teams. Define strategic requirements for the Data & Analytics team to aid in performance monitoring. Track and provide insights on monthly OKRs, working with leadership to set future targets. Assemble and present materials for digital monthly sales meetings. Leverage deep knowledge of marketing, sales performance, data, and e-commerce to inform decision-making. Analyze performance metrics and market trends to identify growth opportunities. About You 5+ years of experience as a digital product manager responsible for the development and implementation of digital strategies meant to grow and optimize digital effectiveness and enhance user experience Experience operating a B2B digital channel or product with proven ability to drive bold business and customer outcomes Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams Deep knowledge of marketing analytics, sales performance metrics, e-commerce, and data-driven decision-making Experience in setting and tracking OKRs and other performance metrics Strong expertise in A/B testing and optimization methodologies Data-driven mindset with a passion for experimentation and continuous improvement Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Experience with relevant tools and platforms (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Adobe Target, Optimizely, Salesforce) is preferred If you're passionate about digital growth, have a strategic mindset, and thrive in a collaborative environment focused on driving measurable results, we want to hear from you.
