Ecolab Inc Training Coordinator in Eagan, Minnesota

Job Summary Ecolab's Institutional Training team seeks an energetic, detail-orientated Training Coordinator to provide operational support to ensure best-in-class learning experiences for new hires, tenured associates, leaders, and customers within the Global Institutional division. Additionally, this role provides day-to-day support of our training team and administrative support for the Vice President, Global Institutional Training. Primary Job Responsibilities Office management, including ordering and stocking office supplies, organizing on-site meals for meetings, mailing and shipping, and coordinating with the facility management team. Ownership of updates to team SharePoint sites, Outlook directories, and shared files. Coordination of team meetings, both in person and digital including: drafting and sending invitations, agenda coordination, and presentation preparation. Support training communication strategy through monitoring the shared training inbox and sending learning e-mails. Ownership of onboarding new members to the Institutional Training team including equipment ordering, IT and facility setup, and coordination of Day 1 welcome activities. Administrative support for a VP including calendar management, coordination of travel arrangements, and preparation of expense reports. Exercise discretion due to accessing and handling sensitive information. Support with financial requests including vendor setup, submit invoices, and liaison with accounts payable. Respond to ad hoc requests from across the training team which may include survey development, data analysis, printing requests, data entry, proofreading, etc. Lead the culture and camaraderie of the Institutional Training team through ownership of team recognition activities. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in HR, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or Organizational Development Expert proficiency w/ Microsoft 365 programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and Teams. Exceptional time management, problem-solving, organization, and intrapersonal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and to work under minimal supervision. Ability to work with a team and have strong attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications Ability and passion for creating visually appealing and impactful PowerPoint presentations for executive and team presentations. Proficient with Adobe Suite, Survey Monkey, and Microsoft Forms. Proficiency with WebEx Training Center or Teams Live. Proficiency working with Learning Management Systems, HR Systems, and other learning software.
