Cardinal Health Warehouse Coordinator in Earth City, Missouri

Anticipated hourly range: $18.20-22.26 per hour based on experience

The hourly range listed is an estimate. Pay at Cardinal Health is determined by multiple factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s geographical location, relevant education, experience and skills and an evaluation of internal pay equity.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7AM-3:30PM

What Office Services contributes to Cardinal Health

Business & Administrative Support is responsible for assisting general business operations by providing an array of administrative and data support activities.

Office Services is responsible for performing a variety of clerical activities in support of their work teams in accordance with standard procedures. This includes clerical duties such as photocopying, compiling records, filing, tabulating, posting information, and distributing mail. Maintains records, prepares forms, verifies information and resolves routine problems.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience, preferred

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience, preferred

  • Strong communication skills preferred

  • Strong Excel skills preferred

What is expected of you and others at this level

  • Applies acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete standard tasks

  • Works on routine assignments that require basic problem resolution

  • Refers to policies and past practices for guidance

  • Receives general direction on standard work; receives detailed instruction on new assignments

  • Consults with supervisor or senior peers on complex and unusual problems

Responsibilities

  • Daily reporting of on site metrics

  • Create PowerPoint presentations

  • Assist with New Hire onboarding

  • Receive ingoing and outgoing mail

  • Corrections to Kronos timekeeping

  • Data Mining from various tools within the organization to be aggregated into excel spreadsheets

  • Billing and invoices payments (done mainly through outlook)

  • Submitted PO (Blanket and otherwise) to extract payment to vendors.

  • Electronically receive PO for site supplies

  • General book-keeping and data filing.

  • Help with Site activities (employee activity committee) and organize and order site luncheons

  • Check site supplies and order replenishments.
