System One Janitor in Earth, Texas

System One is actively seeking a Janitor for a position located in Earth, TX.

SUMMARY OF POSITION

  • Responsible for janitorial duties for office and plant area of power plant

  • Must be able to lift approximately 60 pounds without assistance

  • Will maintain and wax floors as needed

  • Removing trash

  • Preparing tea/coffee for lunch and breaks

  • Maintaining supplies

  • May work outside at times

Requirements:

  • Will require a candidate to lift 60lbs. without assistance

  • Able to work in hot and cold temperatures

  • Able to work 40 hours a week on their feet, and climb numerous stairs

HOURS

  • Normally a 40 hour work week, Monday through Friday, 7AM – 3:30PM

  • Overtime during outages may be required

BENEFITS

  • This is strictly a long term contract assignment with limited benefits

  • We do offer a limited health plan with reasonable rates to assist with medical costs

  • Paid time off is acquired as follows

  • After 1200 hours worked, eligible for 5 paid holidays

  • After 1500 hours worked, eligible for 40 hours vacation
