ABOUT YOU
As Utilities Control Billing Specialist, you dive deep into utility data, meticulously manage records, and communicate effectively with various stakeholders. Your strong analytical skills identify patterns and trends, your organizational prowess manages multiple tasks seamlessly, and your unwavering attention to detail ensures accuracy in billing and record-keeping. Technical proficiency in automated systems and a knack for financial acumen are essential for generating reports and supporting budgetary processes. Adaptability and initiative are key in navigating changing priorities, proactively addressing challenges, and enabling engagement with tenants, accounting departments, and internal stakeholders with clarity and professionalism.
What you will do:
Research, process, prepare, and approve monthly tenant bills, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Manage automated reading, reporting, and billing systems for Massport tenant and operations.
Conduct quality control checks on tenant metering information and financial attributes to maintain data integrity.
Review, develop, and support automated systems for utility billing, optimizing efficiency and accuracy.
WHAT YOU OFFER
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience, along with 3-5 years of related work experience.
Demonstrated expertise in Utilities and Technical charges management functions.
Proficient in personal computers, Windows OS, Microsoft Office, specialized metering and instrumentation software, and systems design.
Strong skills in word processing, computer spreadsheet applications (MS Excel and Access), Database applications, with good analytical and communication abilities.
