About the Role

We currently have an opportunity for a Treasury Associate/Sr. Associate (Title commensurate based on experience) to join the team based in East Brunswick, NJ.

Responsibilities

What you will do:

  • Assist with the issuance and management of credit support (Letters of Credit, Bonds, Guarantees)

  • Manage deliverables required under various financings, swap agreements, etc.

  • Ensure distribution conditions are met and waterfalls are in compliance financings

  • Manage Know-Your-Customer and other compliance requests.

  • Answer and manage questions received from Lenders, Rating Agencies, etc.

  • Update Deliverable Calendar Report and send it out to internal parties.

  • Assist with updating various reports relating to debt, cash and bank exposure.

  • Assist with other tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications

We want you on our team because you…

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics or Finance.

  • Have 5 years of treasury accounting experience.

  • Are comfortable working with strict deadlines

  • Hold strong Microsoft Excel skills and general business systems knowledge.

  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Possess high attention to detail.

Ideally you also have ...

  • Experience with the Power Query

  • Experience with a Treasury Management System
