Need 2 full time, temporary, seasonal Ag Equipment Operators to work in East Grand Forks, MN. From: 09/01/2024 - 11/01/2024 Work: 40 hrs./week, Mon. - Fri. 8 hrs./day; 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. All work performed in excess of 48 hours in a work week will be paid at the rate of time and a half. ESST (Earned Sick and Safe Time) Effective Jan 1, 2024, per MN State Statute, an employee will earn one hour of paid sick and safe time for every 30 hours worked, up to at least 48 hours of accrued Earned Sick and Safe Time (ESST) per year, provided the employee works a minimum of 80 hours in a calendar year. JOB DUTIES: Operating large farm equipment such as tractors, trucks, skid loaders and forklifts. Must have experience and knowledge on using a variety of tools for the general repair and maintenance of farm machinery and equipment. JOB REQUIREMENTS: three (3) months farm or potato experience; able to lift 50 lbs.; Class D driver's license; post hire drug test at no cost to the employees to enforce a drug free workplace: failing a drug test will result in termination; no minimum education required.
