onsemi is seeking an experienced a technical lead in analog/mixed-signal design to join a diverse, talented, and global methodology engineering team. As a Design Engineer your extensive experience and technical leadership will be critical to the success of the AMG team that develops, maintains, and deploys the analog/mixed-signal design methods and tool flows that are shared by new product and IP development teams. You will also be responsible for driving continuous improvement and adoption of best practices by providing expert reviews, facilitating root cause analysis and corrective action plans, training engineers on approved design engineering processes, and maintaining analog/mixed-signal process and checklist documents. The primary goal for this team is to drive analog/mixed-signal design execution improvement with a focus on product, packaging, and test effectiveness across AMG.

• Drive NPD execution improvement across AMG Division, focusing on quality, efficiency, and cost

• Collaborate within the onsemi AMG division NPD and Central Engineering teams.

• Provide technical expertise, guidance, and support to other engineering teams

• Identify, develop, maintain, and deploy optimal analog/mixed-signal design methods and tool flows

• Maintain and improve relevant portions of onsemi engineering processes

• Guide upper management toward making sound decisions in your area of expertise

• Perform other duties as required
