You will have the opportunity to make an big impact on our business performance as you support the data strategy and lead the development of custom models/algorithms. Working in close partnership with the business leadership team, you will manage the vision and agenda for business analytics in your area of responsibility.
How you will contribute
You will:
Drive category growth and MDLZ share by generating insights through the use and application of sophisticated analytics techniques
Analyze all consumer, shopper, customer and Industry data sources into impactful business insights across brick and mortar and e-commerce, to drive growth for Mondelez
Influence and impact business results by interpreting, synthesizing and communicating insights and recommendations that are simple, engaging, and actionable
Build tools, techniques and processes that can be scaled
Solid understanding of which data source to leverage to answer the question (POS, Syndicated, Panel, image recognition, Industry Insights, etc)
Build, develop and maintain data sources, reporting systems, dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) that support key business decisions
Expertise/Proficiency in SQL, Python, R or other programming platforms
Familiarity with Azure or Google Cloud
Knowledge of Tableau or PowerBI Dashboard creation a + Expertise in various statistical techniques such as regression, cluster analysis, discrete choice modeling etc.
Expert knowledge of Syndicated Data (IRI/Circana, Nielsen/NIQ, 84.51, Stackline, Spins, etc.)
Advanced technical capabilities in Excel – pivots, power pivots, advanced formulae, solver/optimizer etc
Expertise in Power Point, Power BI, etc.
Strong verbal and written communication, work planning and organization skills
Effective collaborator who can create strong relationships with cross functional partners
Impactful presentation skills to clearly communicate with cross functional, internal teams

Bachelor's Degree Required
Minimum: 7-10 years experience in related field
Demonstrate problem-solving skillset/mindset to answer ambiguous business questions
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; comfortable with prioritizing multiple deliverables & overlapping deadlines, and strong interpersonal skills to manage expectations
