Description

We are in search of a Financial Analyst to join our team. The successful Financial Analyst candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, performing research on our financial status, identifying trends, monitoring financial movements, creating financial models, and assisting in the decision-making process by offering insights and financial advice. Your goal as a Financial Analyst will be to improve financial status by analyzing results, monitoring variances, identifying trends, and recommending actions to management.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the financial team to consolidate and analyze financial data (budgets, income statement forecasts etc.), taking into account the company’s goals and financial standing.

• Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance.

• Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking and process analysis.

• Identify trends, advise the company, and recommend actions to a senior financial analyst based on sound analysis.

• Track and determine financial status by analyzing actual results in comparison with forecasts.

• Gain and update job knowledge to remain informed in the field.

• Consult with management to guide and influence long term and strategic decision making within the broadest scope.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a Financial Analyst role or similar role

• Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
