Position Summary

Teach HRLR 410 Voice and Democracy at Work Fall 2023 in the School of Human Resources & Labor Relations. This course provides an overview of different forms of employee voice.  Students will compare and contrast different models, including employee voice in the workplace, the formation of teams, worker-owned cooperatives, employee representation on corporate boards and works councils.

Position is planned to recur every Fall Semester

Required Degree

Masters -Human Resources Managment or related field

Desired Degree

Doctorate -Human Resources Managment or related field

Minimum Requirements
  • Master's degree in human resources management or related field.
  • Successful experience as an instructor or teaching assistant in a related area, at university level.
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion & belonging.
Desired Qualifications
  • Demonstrated ability to teach effectively at undergraduate or graduate university level. 
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with undergraduate or graduate students.
  • Emerging or established record of scholarly activity.
