CNC Operator – $19.32- $19.82/ hour (Shift differential)

Our client in East Longmeadow, MA is looking for hardworking, motivated talent to join their team! We're looking for both day and night shift CNC Operators

What's in it for you?

• $19.32 (Day Shift) OR $19.82 (Night Shift)

• Day Shift: 5am-5pm OR Night Shift: 5pm-5am

• Friday- Monday schedule

• Paid training

• Full time hours

• Clean and safe work environment

What will you be doing?

• Cutting, tooling, and bar stock.

• Operate multiple CNC machines

• Setting up and operate machines

• Maintain production and time records

What do you bring?

• Positive, can-do attitude

• 1-2 years of CNC experience

• Ability to use numbers and decimals

• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and prints as well as follow standard work procedures including shop orders and Kanban signals

• Knowledge of charts, specifications, and micrometers

• Light physical effort required, equivalent to lift, pushing, pulling 5 to 30 pounds

• Ability to adjust working hours and area of focus when needed
