Nexstar Media Group Associate Digital Account Executive in East Providence, Rhode Island

The Associate Digital Account Executive (AAE) has a dynamic role that bridges the gap between sales and strategy. The AAE will collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and execute comprehensive digital media strategies that drive revenue growth for our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of digital advertising, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support:

  • Assist the sales team in developing effective sales presentations and proposals.

  • Generate insightful post-campaign reports to analyze performance and identify optimization opportunities.

  • Collaborate with Account Executives to cultivate strong client relationships.

  • Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement strategic cross-platform media plans that align with client objectives.

  • Conduct in-depth market research and audience analysis to identify optimal media channels and tactics.

  • Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.

  • Campaign Execution:

  • Work with Ad Operations to ensure seamless campaign execution and delivery.

  • Manage campaign budgets and track expenses to optimize resource allocation.

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.

  • Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.

  • Proactively communicate with clients, addressing their needs and concerns.

  • Present campaign results and insights to clients clearly and compellingly.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in digital media or advertising

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and technologies (e.g., Google Ads, social media, programmatic)

  • Proficiency in media planning and buying tools (e.g., Wide Orbit, GA360, Adobe Analytics)

  • Excellent analytical skills and data-driven approach

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • A passion for digital media and a desire to stay ahead of industry trends
