seeking retail accounts receivable experience preferably and mri knowledge is an extreme plus

Key Objective(s):

Responsible for accounts receivable, database management, tenant account administration services and reporting

Primary Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

• Communicate with tenants to ensure timely collection of payments and reporting of past due accounts

• Send out monthly tenant statements via email

• Understand and interpret basic commercial lease terms to address tenant issues

• Enter and apply rent credits in system and keep an updated tracking file

• Enter all tenant chargebacks and reversals in accordance with lease terms/amendments in MRI system

• Responsible for collection of all tenant W9’s

• Maintain tracking file to ensure tenants comply with lease requirements

• Maintain tenant contact information in MRI system and tenant portal (Versapay)

• Ad hoc work as needed

  Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience in accounts receivable (preferred real estate industry)

• Knowledge of and ability to use Microsoft Excel and Word

• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication, technological and problem-solving skills required

• Be a strong team player with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced work environment and the flexibility to adapt to change

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task

• Knowledge of MRI a plus

  Physical Job Requirements:

• Sit-Frequently

• Perform repetitive motion such as using a keyboard-Frequently

• Stand/move about-Occasionally

• Reach at or above shoulder level-Infrequently
