responsibilities:

• Review Master and Technical Service Agreements and Statements of Work to prepare, create, and monitor purchase order requisitions.

• Receive and reconcile invoices.

• Create and manage outsourcing SOW requests through Fieldglass and Ariba.

• Manage the end-to-end vendor onboarding process, including:

• Evaluating and verifying new suppliers' financial health.

• Ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

• Facilitating the integration of new vendors into the procurement system.

Relevant Experience:

• Experience with SAP Ariba Network.

• Proficiency in procurement and supplier onboarding processes.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
