Overview: We are seeking a skilled Asphalt Paving Foreman to join our paving company. The ideal candidate will have experience in asphalt paving management and possess a strong understanding of project planning and execution.

Duties: - Oversee and manage paving projects from beginning to end - Coordinate and direct workers and subcontractors - Interpret project blueprints and ensure compliance with specifications - Monitor project progress and ensure timelines are met - Implement quality control measures to guarantee high-quality workmanship - Enforce safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance on job sites

Experience: - Proven experience as a Foreman or similar role in the construction industry - Strong knowledge of paving estimating, quality control, and contract management - Familiarity with reading schematics and blueprints - Understanding of construction safety standards and regulations
