Job Title: Project Superintendent

Job Description

We are seeking a Project Superintendent for a medical project in Easton, MD. The project involves a PRO-MD clinic and requires candidates with healthcare-related project experience, such as dental offices, dermatology, urgent care, eye care, or salon/spa suites. The project duration is 3-4 months, with the possibility of extension if additional work is secured. Responsibilities include overseeing all subcontractors on-site, coordinating with project teams, managing subcontractors, scheduling, and conducting progress meetings. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING FOR A GC.

This is a fully on-site position in Easton, Maryland.

Work Environment

The role involves working on-site in an office setting within a construction work site. There will be tenants in the building, so the candidate must work accordingly. The workspace will include a table as a desk within the building.
