On behalf of our reputable client, a global leader in professional staffing, Robert Half is currently seeking a dedicated HR Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates who are detailed-oriented, passionate about human resources, and are looking for a challenging and rewarding role within a dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist HR team with daily operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee benefits administration.

• Maintain and update employee records accurately in the HRIS system.

• Provide administrative support for HR programs and initiatives.

• Assist with the coordination of internal and external training sessions and seminars.

• Support in drafting HR-related reports and documents.

  Requirements

Required Skills/Experience:

• Previous experience in a similar role within HR or a relevant field.

• Solid understanding of HR practices and employment legislation.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.

• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.

• Degree in Human Resources or relevant field is preferred.
