About the Opportunity

This is an open position with FirstEnergy Pennsylvania Electric Company, a subsidiary of FirstEnergy Corp. [ME]

This position is for a Utility Worker 2nd Class out of Easton, PA.

Duties:

 

  • Under close and/or directive and/or general supervision, performs any of the less complicated duties of a Utility Man-1st Class.

Qualifications:

  • Experience and education necessary to properly perform in a safe and efficient manner any duties so assigned.
  • Must have given satisfactory evidence that they possess the necessary qualifications to perform any duties so assigned.
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Must possess a valid automobile operator's license and obtain a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) within the probationary period.
  • Must be thoroughly familiar with this Company's Electrical and Mechanical Tagging Rules, where required.
  • Will be required to pass a pre-employment physical
  • Must be willing to work extra and/or irregular hours as required.
