Laborer will work in a team-based construction environment, assisting with the installation of petroleum equipment. Responsibilities include: - Assist with installing and testing tanks, piping, and equipment - Testing, removing, and disposing of old equipment - Utilize hand and power tools - Load, unload, move, and secure materials

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin.

Work Environment

The company is a specialty contractor representing top lines in petroleum fueling systems and automotive servicing equipment. They design, install, and provide aftermarket service support in Minnesota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin. Employees will have their own truck to take home and their own territory to service. The job involves working with petroleum fuels and requires lifting up to 75 pounds at times. It's a family-owned company where getting along with other technicians is important. The team comes from various backgrounds, with hobbies including fishing, hunting, sports, or farm life. Work hours vary day to day, sometimes requiring 60-70 hour weeks. After about a year, employees will be on call approximately every 7 weeks.
