Job Description Location: Within Minnesota, North Dakota, or Wisconsin that will be determined based on candidate location and Bremer\'s current needs. As the Credit Analyst 3, you will provide high level analytical support to the Business and Ag Banking departments to ensure client service standards are met and credit presentations and loan documentation are in compliance with applicable standards, policies, procedures and regulatory requirements. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Include spreading and analyzing financial statements and credit information, preparing, and assisting in the formulation of credit presentations and risk management activities. Resolves most moderately complex problems independently and some highly complex problems with occasional direction from management. Makes some recommendations regarding credit extensions. Demonstrates ability to mentor and advise lower-level credit analysts. Fully understands credit request and risk to the bank. Makes suggestions regarding loan structure and credit extension. QUALIFICATIONS: Combination of education and experience, generally acquired through the attainment of a Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent work experience and 5 years experience.
